DEVELOPMENT OF MY FRONT COVER

I then used ideas from a competitor magazine to help give me inspiration so I added the number "25" with a bold outline of white to stick to my chosen colour scheme. I wanted the "25" to make a statement in itself so I enlarged it to have a large impact.
Originally I chose to have a yellow outline to link to the colour of gold, however I felt it looked bland and wasn't as eye catching. So I changed it to a white outline and felt that it created more depth and also looked more appealing.
